WOW. This place is outstanding. Ichiro Sushi was quite busy when I walked in, and it immediately made sense why. Despite the crowd, I was greeted right away and taken care of promptly. The staff were genuinely kind, attentive, and very hospitable. The real standout, though, is the food. The menu is huge and full of great options. I ordered the Sashimi Deluxe along with the chef’s special toro. I’ll admit I hesitated at first because the prices are higher, but they are absolutely justified. The sashimi was phenomenal. Thick-cut, incredibly fresh, and full of flavor. Every piece felt high quality. The toro was the perfect call. Rich, buttery, and honestly brought me right back to my trip to Japan. My only regret is not trying their ramen, which they are known for. Looks like I’ll be back soon to fix that. Highly recommend.

When we walked in staff welcomed us with a smile and escorted us to a cozy corner booth. I tried the sashimi appetizer wich was presented beautifully on a bed of shredded radish(?) and with an orchid blossom, it was quite pretty and tasty too. My partner got a spicy ramen he quite enjoyed and I got a Mango Tango roll and a Sakura roll. The mango roll was alright, but the combo of mango on top and the sauce was a LOT of mango, not bad, just a lot of sweetness which is good to know for next time. The Sakura roll however is my new favorite roll of all time!! The Sakura Roll was presented in lovely flower patterns which I enjoyed. The roll itself though was incredible: each bite was a delicious combination of fresh fish, creamy avocado and a lovely bit of mango, all topped with the delicious chef's special sauce. I will be back!
Me and my Boyfriend LOVE this place! The money is always worth it. My family and I have gone out on occasions and we just enjoy it so much! High quality food whether you take out or dine in. And love the boba teas! Also props to all the kind and professional waiter/waitresses and bar tenders. Keep it up! Will be back soon
Best sushi in northern minnesota! Clean friendly fast service. STAFF is amazing! The food is beyond top notch flavor and done to perfection . Will be coming back will recommend to everyone.
Stopped in for a bite to eat! Left full and happy! We tried the avocado salad, pork, Goyza , spicy edamame, rock, shrimp, and chicken, fried rice and for drinks we had strawberry Mojito and Lychee martini.
What are the odds?! I ordered sushi along with some cheese wontons which is absolutely delicious! I order this every time, so I get back to my house and realize that this wasn’t what I ordered. I promptly called Ichiro and told them who I was and they knew it was me and said, “We are so sorry for the mistake! There were two Sam’s!” Seriously, what are the odds of having a guy Sam and a girl Sam with back to back orders? When I went to finally grab the correct order the bar tender who I can’t remember her name gave me a banana smoothie on the house and I must say it was so freaking amazing! Thank you guys for being so awesome! This place rocks my socks off! Not only is their food to die for, but their hospitality and kindness is superb! I would recommend this place over and over again to my friends and family!
For what looked like a fast food mall area restaurant, this was a great surprise. Fully stocked bar too. I had chicken teriyaki and it was outstanding. Miso had great flavor, nice and hot too. This is a hidden gem in the Miller Hill area; don’t overlook it.
